We accept merchandise return/exchange within 30 days of delivery date.
Final Sale merchandise does not qualify for return/exchange.
We highly recommend all buyers to inspect the merchandise upon receipt.
In case of defective products, contact us for RMA number. You may choose a full refund or a replacement. Replacement is based on the availability of the product you choose.
Non-defective products, when opened, may be returned if they are in new condition, still complete with tags/original packaging.
Clothing products can only be returned if they are still in brand new condition. Due to sanitary and hygiene reason, we are unable to accept return or exchange if they are worn, washed or missing original tags.
If you need an exchange, provide us with style, size and color of your choice.
When return or exchange, RMA number needs to be clearly visible on the outside of the package in order for us to process your refund/exchange in a timely manner.
